Our package rates are per person accommodated in double room/ studio/ apartment for the whole period in BGN and include:
· The chosen number of nights in the preferred room type;
· The relevant number of breakfast ;
· The relevant number of dinners /3-course menu, excluding drinks/;
· New Year`s Eve festive dinner, entertainment program with DJ, singer live performance, folk dance performance, New-Year’s Eve lottery with many surprises;
· Brunch on 1st January, 2020
· Free festive buffet (on 1st January, 2020) – from 1:00pm to 3:00pm by the fireplace of the Restaurant – with a variety of crackers, cookies, tea, coffee.
· Complimentary use of steam bath and sauna, ice spot;
· Complimentary use of fitness gym;
· Free parking lot;
· Free Wi-Fi access;
· Tourist taxes and VAT.
Terms of payment:
· 50% of total price – to be paid up to 3 days after receiving of the reservation confirmation from the hotel;
· The remaining balance to 100% - payment till 15th December 2019;
· If the payment is not made on time - in compliance with the terms of proforma invoice, the reservation will be canceled;
· Every extra night /after fifth/ will cost 30.00 BGN per person/ 10.00 BGN per child per night, regardless of the type of the room.
Cancellation policy:
· 20 days before arrival – no penalty;
· 19 to 15 days before arrival – 30% of the package price is retained;
· 14 to 7 days before arrival – 50% of the package price is retained
· in less than 7 days before arrival – full amount is retained
· no show of the guest – full amount is retained

ØWith 35 double rooms, 6 triple rooms, 6 studios and 2 apartments distributed in four interconnected buildings and courtyard with specially designed landscaping, the hotel offers all amenities for vacation.
ØPets are welcome for additional fee – 10.00 BGN per night.
